need to send ctrl-alt-del via command line

Hi,

I am accessing a number of servers via Citrix and need to be able to send ctrl-alt-del. Unfortunately Citrix doesn't allow for this. Does anyone know of a command line command that will do this for me? I can then turn it into a .bat file.
