hi ,
can anybody help me in re installing the IVR as our previous server hard drive got corrupted .. so on replacement we have to re install the IVR ...
how can i go for it ??

Thank you

it will be really grateful ti i can also be referred to the concern thread for it .. i am bit new in this field ..as my manager gave me the task to do it

Well - to start of, exactly what IVR is it? Conversant? AIR? AVP? AAEP? Something else?

Frankly, and please don't get me wrong, but if you have no experience with this I would not recommend you do this by yourself with the only input being us on a forum.

Hi ,
Thank you BIS .. i will not get it wrong i know i am not recommended for it being first time.but i have 2 weeks for it to go for it .2 weeks have been given to me to figure it out how can it be done . if you can recommend me something stuff so that i can read it out and get prepared in these 2 weeks ..in which i may have questions , some points for clearance which i would like to share and ask help from all of you ..

Regarding the IVR type ..i will look for it and ask someone which one exactly it is ...

once again Thank You !!!

Did u do a backup previously? A restore could be the way out rather than install from scratch.

hi ,
unfortunately no ..was installed couple of years back . might be the installer had the backup but no-one in this organization had taken it from them and then hard drive failure went on .for which now i guess as per re-installing from the scratch is the only way

That's why I have been given time for 2 weeks to do it .

guys ,

Our Ivr locally working extension is 3838

User busy D1=0x8c9d D2=0x111 got to be a clue,in effect whatever 3838 is in the system cant be reached , lots of variables that could be causing this but check your FRL restriction level on route pattern 381.
