Need to prevent forwarding (#91) on fax lines Hicom 300H 9006.6. End users keep forwarding their faxes by mistake and I haven't found a way to block through COS. Any ideas? I need to block both internal and external forwarding, but only see an option for external in COS fields.

If you do not have a problem blocking ALL analog phone users from being able to forward their phones the go into DPLN and delete all of the #9x entries from the dial plan - leaving ##91 intact for emergencies. This will prevent anyone using an analog device from forwarding it.

Rolmphone/optiset users will have a forward button so it will not matter tho them.
