need to open excel in readonly mode through VBscript 1

Hi,

i am trying to open Excel file which is in share.
i am getting the message as open file in readonly ,press yes to open in readonly
can any one knows how to open the excel in read only mode

what should i add for the following line of code
sheet.workbooks.open ("H:\PLANING\Onebox.xls")

how can i make sure that the sheet is loaded completely.
This sheet will take atleast 4to 5 minutes to open.
do i need to wait the script for 5 min...how can i make it?
