Need to know how to set up someones

Need to know how to set up someones phone as a direct dial number as his primary DN. Not sure how to do that using ld 11. another question what is MARP?

Well I guess we could start by saying if you are useing 4 digit dialing make his key 0 scr xxxx what ever that number is if your not it gets a little more complicated. If you have a set bulit already then you just need to use the chg command and put his new number on key 0


What marp does is when you have a extition that apperes on two diferent sets it allowes one of those sets to be the controling set for the features of the set like hunting forwarding things like that. thats the simple explation for marp if you need more help on adding that number just hollarin more detial.

But make sure that when a change is made to the set, that at the prompt MARP, the response YES or NO is entered. Keep track of which set should be the controlling one. If MARO= yes, then it controls. Take care.
