Need to install IIS/SQL on Metaframe XP box for LAN users

Boss wants me to share a Windows 2000 Metaframe XP for 20 Citrix client user box to serve up IIS and SQL2000 database to 5 users not using Citrix client, connecting to the IIS/SQL over the normal LAN. How do I do that?

Do I just log on as admin and install IIS then SQL and its database, but say install just for current user?

I would never install IIS and/or SQL on a metaframe box...

I told him to "F*** **F" but he reckons its the only server we have that has a high enough spec to run this application requiring IIS and SQL. He told me to treat it as a "challenge"!

Do you know of any evidence I can present to him that it is a really stupid idea?
