I need to hide the input to an inputbox to use it as a password, can anyone help?

Just in case this is not clear, basically I have the inputbox set up i just want to hide what the user types in like a proper password...and so others cant see it.

Cheers,
Dave

Hi Dave!

As far as I know, you can't hide the input of an inputbox. But you could design your own popup form with a text box for input and the text box could be formatted to password to hide the characters typed. If you need more information on that let me know.

Yeh i think i've seen that before, how do you set the property of the text box to password though?

thanks for the help by the way

Dave

In the form's properties list is an entry called Input Mask. Set the Input Mask to "Password".
