Need to have a moan about recent Delta Servers.

I must say we are having extreme issues with recent delta server release basically being CRAP.
so much so I have customers including our own inhouse guys that do not believe in stats given for call logging and CCC.
Getting big issues with in delta servers through the 4.0/4.1 builds.

Within .CSV files we appear to get trunks reported as the extension receiving the calls in some instances then mimick the same call again and it shows as the extension.

What issues are you guys having as its causing me much pain.

CCENT - Cisco ICND1
CCNA - Working towards.
 
We are the same way. We had a site that had call recording on the hunt group and we were using CCC. the CCC would show 90 calls in the coarse of the day and the recording had over 200. we were only recording that one hunt group. we have stopped selling CCC and are now using call sweet. The delta server is just all over the place.

We have done the same.

Delta Server is just so unreliable.

I have customers who just don't use it - don't trust it. Customers who have purchased over $20K in CCC software and yet don't even use the reporting because they cannot trust the database.

We've tried Call Sweet - good product.

We've tried Vermark ECas.

Microcall.

We've also found a new one - we like (sorry don't mean to pimp it) - Chronicall - Xima. Cradle to Grave reporting. Pretty cool. See my other posts.
