need to enable a phone-colin please help me!!

Someane disconnected a line and I am trying to enable a phone its position is 004 00 14 and it is the internal line 185 .Please help me I need this solved by wedsnday night.I can't relate the patch position with the internal number and the meridian mail.Please help me.

unplugged a phone

pulled the cross connect

Disconnected it in the patch.
I did the enlu, but when i call the internal line or look for it with ld 49 it is not there. Also I can´t find it in the cross in case there is a continuity problem.
I would greatly appreciate any help, thanks

Where did you do the ENLU?
what do you mean you looked for it in LD 49?
what do you mean you can't find it in the cross?

what is TN 004 00 14 is it a trunk or a phone?

let me put things straight. My Meridian is programmed to disable a line if it is disconnected for more than 12 hours. Last week the external line 545-0685 got disconnected at the rack where the external lines connects to the central.I tried to enable the external line 545-0685 (wich is the internal line 185) using enlu, but I noticed that there was no relation between 0685 and int.185, so I created it as Colin pointed out in a post I made last week. Yet it is not working. I need it working, please help me.

Do you mean a telephone is disabled if it is still unplugged when it does the MID Routins?

Do you mean the wire's got pulled off (disconnected)at the Main Frame?

I have repaired almost everything, the only problem I have now is that the terminal doesn't show any of the names of the other internal lines (i.e. when I call 185 my name doesn't appear
