I have a customer that currently displays an 0845xxxxxxxx number when they make a call. however they need to display the correct DDI number when the emergency services are called. I understand this is possible but am unsure how. any advice where I would set this up?

Could you be a bit more specific? The phone needs to be able to display the non geographical number but only display ddi when calling emergency services. I understand how to set up the non geographical number in unknown public numbering but how do you specify a different number when calling emergency services?ft

Im unsure other than a different user station number range to log into to make emergency calls , and use the table as suggested (not a brilliant fix by any means ) , im sure somebody else will have either a simple or creative way

Specify a Route Pattern/Trunks for emergency calls and apply your public unknown only to those trunks.
