Need to disable Revert in Mermail

Is there a way I can disable revert in someones mermail box?

If MerMail (may apply to CP too)

Create a new Restriction/Permission list - restrict all numbers. Allow the users extension only

Create new Class of Service - add the Restrict/Permission list to "Custom Revert" prompt in the Class of Service

Assign Class of Service to this user.

In CP under the user mailbox Profile is a prompt for revert DN, if you don't enter anything in the box it doesn't revert.
