NEED to delete cookies from computer after a browsing

I'm looking for a system to delete all cookies, and the history in our browser not depends which ones.
Actually when you visit a site, you receive a cookies which is completly normal, but now after a travel arround the planet threw the net it's important to clear all the cookies. If any one as an idea how to build that in our prefer language, you are welcome. If you need help about sniffers to protect yourself, do not hesitate to contact Uncle KILROY i will be happy do help all.
