Anyone have an example of doing something like this? I have a form based on a table which relates to another table (subform holds this info) that I want to be able to select a check box and return those selections inthe main and subform to a seperate temporary table. I don't know if I'm being clear but I think someone will understand what I'm trying to get at.

Do you actually need them in a separate table? Could you not just use a query with your criteria them base another form on this query with your selections.

That could be an option because then if I wanted to save the selections I could do a make table type query or SQL update query to save the data. I didn't really think about that angle.

Have you also thought that you don't need to save the query output or do a make table? That sorta goes against the protocols of Access. Also, everytime you'll do a make table query, you'll bloat your database. Stick with the rules of Access.
