I am in PDT and in the /U directory and I see the CpDir0.csv file. i need to copy this to my PC so I can review whats in it as we are having problems with the Corp Directory. We show no entries. I have blown away CpDir0.csv last night and had TM do an upload. The CSV was back but still had no entries. I need to look at what the CSV has in it.

Can someone help me with how to copy to my PC? I am using procomm and I need some assistance with this.

Thanks

Mel

in pdt you can use the cat command:

cat Cpdir0.csv

This will show you all entries in Corporate Dir.

Download : sx CpDir0.csv

if you navigate to the directory you should be able to copy the file from the location to your laptop or desktop. Similar to loading patches using the RX/TX commands

You can also use FTP to open a connection to PDT, then just use the standard get command to transfer the file. (Assuming you have network connectivity to the Call Server)
