Trying to connect to shared Zebra printer on 7 different computers from a Windows 2003 R2 64 bit server.
Have all the correct drivers from Zebra website for 64 bit installed on the server, but even when the drivers are all installed I get the message below when i try to connect using the \\server\printer run command.

"The server for the "Zebra TLP2844" printer does not have the correct driver installed. If you want to search for the proper driver ....

Not sure where else to turn at this point.

Possibly a stupid question:
Did you allow the server to have access to the 32bit drivers as well? I know there is a spot to add more drivers if the other systems you are running are on a different platform.
Are the 7 different PCs WinXP 32bits?

"Silence is golden, duct tape is silver...

I've had a similar issue with printing from vista to XP on a zebra printer, above should work as you should be able to add the correct drivers to the server, if not i think to got around it by installing the printer locally on an lpt port then using a net use command to point the lpt port at the right printer e.g. installed it on lpt2 with the correct driver and then did a net use ltp2: \\server\printer from the command prompt

Thanks for the responses, I ended up installing the printer locally using LPT1 and adding a port that pointed to the share. I think it should work ok.
