Need to Clear Password for Superstack II 3900 1

I have used all possiblities for logins and passwords found for 1100/3300 switches in this forum. I thought 3comcso would have worked, but no luck. Next to sending these to 3Com, are there any other possiblities. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This switch uses an access level administer, read, write, or other hidden level.

I have the solution to clear the paswword.

When the product is started,
type admin for logon and lanplex for password,

The product says that it clears the password.
After the message appears ; to complet the clear password, restart the product within 60 seconds.
So, you shut down the Psu and the product restart without password.

I wonder if that will work with my 3300 as well.

I found the backdoor password when I started this job and was able to clear it. Now I can't even do that. 3Com claims you have to send the unit back, but they'd have a procedure to clear it so I'm hoping someone out there has it too. :-(
