So basically we had a user who used to have a PA - All their phone calls were forced through the PAs before hitting their phone. That function was recently turned off but now I need to turn it back on again - Unfortunatly I had no idea how! I only have the original DNB listing to compare to the current DNB listing. Does anyone know what commands/where I would need to start to make all calls for DN4404 go through the other line?

DN 4404
CPND
NAME
XPLN 27
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST
TYPE SL1
TN 008 0 00 15 KEY 14 DES 2616 30 SEP 2009
(2616)
TN 008 0 00 09 KEY 00 H MARP DES 008000 2 SEP 2009
(2616)

Now it just shows as:

DN 4404
CPND
NAME XPLN 27
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST
TYPE SL1
TN 008 0 00 09 KEY 00 H MARP DES 008000 2 SEP 2009
(2616)

In the first example the Directory Number (DN) 4404 appears on 2 different phones (key 14 of set "008 0 00 15" and key 0 of "008 0 00 09").

You need to add key 14 back onto set 8 0 0 15, will be something like "SCR 4404 0".

Check in LD20...
REQ PRT
TYPE TNB
TN 8 0 0 15

and see if it exists, if no you'll need to rebuild from scratch.

Alternatively check the current DN for the PA (LD 20, REQ PRT,. TYPE DNB) if it exists, get the TN from the DNB print and then print that TN as shown above. Look for a spare key and add the SCR 4404 there.

Thanks, I tried that but it won't allow me. I've included the error and the TNB listing for the phone if that can help at all?

When making changes shouldn't you enter the complete TN

REQ: CHG
TYPE: 2616
TN: 8 0 0 15
ECHG: Yes
ITEM KEY 14 SCR 4404

At least that's the way I do it....

Good luck

On TN 8-9 is the DN set up as MCR or something other than SCR? If it is set as MCR you cannot mix the types, they both have to match (SCN and SCR are allowed but not SCR and MCR on the same number)

Thanks - This is the TNB for 4404:
