Need to change IP Address, going from Layer 1 to Layer 2

our company is going from Layer 1 to Layer 2, and we want to change all our IP addresses for onsite and one offsite. These includes IVR,CMS,S8700,G650 gateway,P133g2,UPS and Audix

Can anyone help? Thank you advance
 
anyone had done this type of chang over before? Please help, any advise will be a great help to me

The above thread will help you do your links that are coonected through the C-LAN cards. Not sure about some of the things you have listed. The UPS will more than likely have to been done through the console port on the network management card.

I had a look at the system such as:

-2xAIC(CTI server) run in windows 2k(just need to assign new IP addresses)
-2xPBX(redundant, is it change in Web interface?)
-2xP330(onsite) and 2 more offsite??
-IVR(is it in the etc/hosts file?)
-Audix(etc/hosts file?)
-CMS(etc/hosts file?)
-G350 and G700??
-UPS(is it in PBX Web interface?)

Can you guys please help?? thanks a million
