I have a remote MICS 6.1 with a RAD and it is connected to a Callpilot 150 that is connected to our network. I can access the Callpilot via our network and I can connect to the MICS via the RAD. When trying to change the AA via our network I can't get the MICS to call my number. I have verified the usual suspects, line pool access, prime line and so on but I keep getting an error from the Callpilot "the phone number is not valid" If I can get this figured out it will save me a 300 mile one way trip...Thanks ahead of time to anyone that might could help....
