We currently have one MICB card installed into our 7.6, CS1ke system, with two DID-able numbers split between the available 32ports.
I would like to add a third number.
I have been able to free up 5 “channels” from the two existing Permanent Conf list, so that they can be assigned to the new Conf. I have built the Main Conference DID-able ACD queue. I have built the Chairperson ACD Queue. At this point when I call the number I do get delivered to the MICB; and I get a message that the meeting does not exist. This is what I would expect to get until I, Somehow define the new Conference.
I can’t configure the new number and chairperson numbers from the BUI as I would have expected. Any guidance on programming would be very helpful.
