Need this file to fix screen Micros 3700 1

Hi there,
I am trying to fix our expo screen...

Specs:
Micros Restaurant Display Controller
Part# 700876-200
Model # DT166

Errors:

Installation of 'EngPlatform5.0' failed

This application (KDSDisplay.exe) requires a newer version of the Microsoft R .Net Compact Framework than the version installed on this device.

Insufficient space on '\FS2'

The other thread has a file and instructions that I believe will fix our screen (we recently had an upgrade during which Micros/Oracle f'ed everything up and left us high and dry >:[ ...) so I'm taking matters into my own hands. The link (and other links that I did a search on) are all expired. If someone can link the file it would be very appreciated, thank you.
