Need Technical Help On Deskcon SN716

hi again. I need help.

is it possible to program call forwarding of calls from the deskcon (operator "dial 0") to certain station no. (ex. local 801)

how can i program that after a several DID incoming calls on the deskcon when no one still answer the call it will then forward the incoming call to a certain station no.? Like on a dterm phone.

Thank you. it will solve my problem.

One thing also, the deskcon doesnt ring it only blinks when there's an incoming call.
I tried to check the volume key and mute button but it doesnt work (it doesnt response).
Was the key defective? Or there are other ways to troubleshoot it?
