need SP02 for Crystal Reports XI-R2.

Could someone help me to obtain SP02 for Crystal Reports XI-R2.
I’m trying to download it through the Business Object site but first you need a password for the ESD witch we already applied to but it is taking to many days to receive one.
We assume that this patch will help our developer team to resolve some issues.
