Hi,

We currently have an ISDN30e connection to our Mitel 3300 and the provider of this ISDN has it set so that when anyone calls into us we are presented with the last 5 digits of the number they called so that we can use the Mitel's speed dial to route the call to the correct extension etc.

We are now looking at a new ISDN provider. They tell me they support the full CLIP/COLP/CLI services etc but do they need to do something special for me to be able to detect which DDI is being called or do I need to do something to work with their system?

Thanks for any help you can give.

On ISDN30 you'le need ANI/DNIS/ISDN Number Delivery Trunk set in the CoS of the trunks. The Display options on the users need to be setup. For Outgoing CLIP/CLIR you setup the outgoing call characteristics. The speeddial part is not logical. You can add/delete digits at the Trunks Attributes and from release 6.0 onwards the ISDN Called Party Inward Dialing Mod.
