i want to know what to do when the main epo server is crashed. is it possible to recover the old properties ( i mean the clients whith the agents installed) whith the same configuration ( i mean the tasks ,...)

I have successfully recovered a dead ePO server by using Ghost.

I backed up the dead configuration to a Ghost image file.
Overwrote the dead configuration with an older good image.
Patched it to the same level.
Extracted the contents of the Data directory from the dead server Ghost image using using Ghost Explorer.
Replaced the contents of the Data directory on the resurrected server with the files extracted from the dead install.
Started up all the ePO services and everything was tickety-boo.

You could of course go back to your last good backup.
My method above got the server back up from the point of failure.
