That is a very general question. I am suprised that you are installing a IP system in a hotel. Shoretel is not very strong on providing ANALOG solutions..... However if you are putting in a IPT solution that is a whole other story.... follow the steps below and let me know.. I am going to assume that you are providing IP phones.
1. ensure that the back bone is CAT5e or higher
2. run a network helth test to ensure that you are not going to have latancy.jitter issues. I recommend COS/QOS
3. You need to get the min requirements for the Shoreware server
