Need some help-phone rings busy and wont hunt

I have a Script for our Sales Floor that rings to 2661. That works fine. But if 2661 is busy and you call that CDN it rings busy it wont Hunt to the next phone. Can anyone see a problem with the programming?

try making lhk 11 and hunt 000.. if that does not work because of the symposium then make 2661 a hunt group pilot and the secondary dn's the members.. seems strange that you want an acd agent to answer a 6 member hunt group.. remember do not make that change.. making changes on an acd set will cause strang problems.. always out the set and put it back in.. had one that the display never would work on, a user had changed display from add to tdd, the display stopped working so they changed it back.. called me so i out the set.. put it back in.. still didn't work.. changed the tn and the agent id, display worked.. that is the start of corruption.. after the next upgrade we were able to reuse that tn and agent id..

Make it lhk 5 and leave the hunt alone may also work to, haven't tried this with symposium attached though.

Deaquire the phone in Symposium before making any changes
to the phone, that is a must do before doing any changes
to an aquired phone.

Remove the CLS FBA and make it FBD, FBA sends DID calls to a busy ohone to the ATTN.

These phone are not Symposium Phones. The only reason they are ACD is to Observe there agents. Thanks for the suggestions.

The tnb example you posted shows that the phone is aquired by Symposium, if you see the following in the print out
of the set it is aquired by Symposium.

If these phones never log in to the Queue ( skillset )
then you should probably deaquire those sets and delete
those tn's as phonsets in Symposium. Making changes to
sets aquired by Symposium can cause corruption.
