need server snapshot solution-restore from floppy boot and tape image

Anyone know of any software that provides the following?

Need to take live snapshot images of Windows 2k server(s) using a variety of RAID arrays - need to be able to store images on DLT/LTO/DAT tape, and in the event of server failure, then be able to boot from floppy and restore the image stored on tape.

I've had a look at Acronis True Image... the right sort of thing but it doesnt support restoring off tape drives :/

Take a look at BakBone's NetVault with the VaultDR product. This enables you to take hot and cold Bare Metal Backups.

Use Acronis to Backup to disk first then to tape. This way you will have data almost nearline. I have a combination of BE9.0 and Acronis working together for my backups. Acronis is not to fast but the snapshot is good. I dont even use tape, got a backup appliance from Idealstor, lets me use ejectable disks like tape.
