Need script to create 300 users exchange 5.5

Dear all,

I created a script that created 300 AD accounts from csv now I need to add 300 mailboxes.

Any help will be appreciated,

I've done it on NT4, but not on W2000/XP. SO right now I don't have any suggestions, I'm afraid...
