Need S32LUHL1.dll

Hello,

I need to get my hands on a S32LUHL1.dll file. For reasons which I can't really fathom, my Symantec installation does not have it, nor can I find it on the CD anywhere. I need it to do UNC updates from an internal Live Update server.

I've Googled around and found two places where I can but the dll for 10 Euro (nice guys), but that's about it.

Anyone know where I can get one?
