Need referral to BCM50 expert in Washington State, USA

I am in between phone vendors for my 2 year old BCM 50 and am not impressed with local Nortel support options so far - they all shy away from installing my i2004 IP phone and none of them have heard of a USA release of BCM50 version 2. What to do?

I've been to the Nortel "find a provider" website - made some calls, and zero.

Any leads appreciated!
