Need recommendation for good ID books or publications

I'm looking at getting a book or 2 for using ID. I have Adobe Indesign CS2 Revealed by Chris Botello and it's too basic. I need something more advanced. Also what would be a good magazine to subscribe to?

Use those basic books for initial structured learning and then refer to online services and periodicals for more advanced learning.

If you can specify what aspects of your use of InDesign require more advanced training, someone may be able to recommend a good book.

I really like the "Real World InDesign" series...they're by David Blatner (InDesign Secrets, InDesign Magazine, etc.) and Olav Kvern....very "meaty" books. I buy every edition that comes out...bought the first one just for the printing chapter alone!
