Can anyone suggest the correct RAID card for my Intel GB8501A MB, 128 mb RDRAM, W2k. I want to set up a SCSI master for the OS and PGs, and a 120 gb for the slave, plus 2 to 6 80 gb hd's for the RAID.
Any help will be appreciated!

IDE & SCSI raid?
Anyway I find that the good old Adaptec cards still are the one to get.
I general it does not matter what raid card you use. But do think about what SCSI you wish to use and maybe get one with a onboard bios, although if your mainboard BIOS understands booting from SCSI there is no worries.
Master and Slave has no meaning when it comes to SCSI, so either you want IDE for your "OS and PGs, and a 120 gb for the slave" with a single-channel SCSI RAID controller, or you meant you want a total SCSI solution, which would mean a dual-channel RAID controller.
Ai, 6 hdds? What is it you wish to use this pc for?
RAID is more for redundency purposes.
You can go for IDE raid which I recommend based upon pricing. The IDE drives are far cheaper. But since I only use SCSI controllers I do not know if the IDE raid controllers work with S-ATA orso. But S-ATA is obviuosly the fastest it can get with IDE and may be faster than SCSI but for that I advice to go to any hardware shop website and lookup the max transfer speeds.
