I am running netbackup 5.1 Enterprise server with MP2. The master server is Solaris 9. My Windows 2000 and 2003 servers are loosing tremendous amounts of space to _vxfiVspCacheFile.tmp files. From the little research I have done this is due to Veritas VSP or OTM. Problem is I cannot find how to turn this off. Anyone have a clue? What will be the ramifications? Am I on the mark with my conclusion?

Thanks!

You need to do this within the Global Attributes of the Master server.

Comtec: how do I do that? I have mucked about in the GUI and not found anything. Will this need to be done CLI?
