Need POP3 Connector to install on Win2K3 SBS

I have a strange situation with a Win2K3 SBS install I have. The server was set up in two phases, pre-install and post-install with Exchange being installed post. The "Continue with Server Setup" link on the desktop failed to complete so Exchange had to be installed "manually" rather than from the SBS Setup wizard.

Exchange is now installed and appears to be functional, but the POP3 Connector is not found as an option under connectors. When I attempted to add features through Add/Remove Programs, POP3 Connector was not one of the options. The only connectors shown were for Calendar, Notes, and Groupware.

Anyone have any idea how I can get the POP3 connector to install at this stage? I'd really hate to imagine reinstalling the entire server just to get the darn POP3 connector. I'd almost rather buy a 3rd party POP3 connector and pay for it out of my pocket before I'd do that.

Thanks in advance!

this is for 2000, so I never tried that on 2003, but have a look, it may work.

Thanks for the reply Marcs41. However, I didn't see the solution you posed in your post, only the link to FAQ222-2244, which seemed, if I'm not mistaken, to demonstrate guidelines of etiquette on the forum, as well as a link to a MS VB forum. Was that the link I was supposed to go to?

Thank you again!

No problem Marcs, thanks for the post. I tried that, but unfortunately when I tried something similar before (the Continue Server Setup icon on desktop) the setup fails and dumps out after selecting the components section without any feedback or error.

I have a nagging suspicion that I'm going to have to reinstall this server. I believe it may be possible that too many components were set up manually prior to completing the whole SBS setup wizard.

If you have any further suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them. I would like to complete the setup as the intranet and BackOffice components are not installed either.

Thanks for your help!
