I've set up a new queue in ProCenter 7 w/ HP4000 using Optipoint 500 TDM phones. One group refuses to use ProCenter PC Client and wants the queue name to show up on the Phone Display. I have the Queue Display name programmed with the DNIT and in ProCenter. The queue name is displayed in the RealTime view and on the PC Client, but the phone only displays the number of the caller and does not reflect the queue the caller came into. Is there a way I can make that DNIT display field show up on the phone when I have to send the DNIT to ProCenter for routing?

Hi,
Try this and let me know how you get on.

CHANGE-SBCSU:STNO=XXXX,OPT=OPTI,DNIDSP=YES;

Where XXXX is your extension number of the agent that wants the DNIT display on their phone....

Ty, sbcsu. I did try your suggestion and I must still have something wrong. I am getting a Label now on the phone along with caller ID which is what I wanted. But for some reason the label is for the first DNIT hitting that RCG going to ProCenter (in this case it is 8300) and it doesn't show the label for the DNIT (8351) that I am actually routing to. Part of my trouble is that I know ProCenter well and HP4K pretty well, but I am not great with the Flex Routing and I suspect there is something there that is keeping this from working right. I am glad to know the phone setting for the display - could be handy sometime. If you have any other ideas, please let me know. Thanks!

Well make sure you download the ACD Administrator from the HiPath Assistant ACD Menu.
In There you can do all the flex routing parameters.
Try to setup a test group in the flex and procenter then have that going to your own phone and play around until you get the display correct.
