Need Phaser 840 and 850 diagnostic software. Help

Have both a Phaser 840 and 850 that is giving me fits in two areas.

Have researched all error codes and performed all suggested repairs I could find associated with them.

Have scanned this site for possibilities and tried a few things I found here.

I think it time I located the diagnostic software to help me solve the problems. I am specifically looking for about the same routines that is built-in the Phaser 8200.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The software wont do any good if you dont have the interface cabels.

I have located and purchased the software and cables.

I should be OK on this for now.
