I have just been called in to repair a Lucent Partner Mail 3 system. It lost its hard drive last week during the major ice storm here in Texas. It powers on, the hard drive spins up, and starts clicking, then spins down. Shortly thereafter, it starts beeping. Lucent says it needs to have the hard drive replaced. I have an identical hard drive, but I need the partner mail software to install on it. Any ideas? Also, if I have another partner mail 3, can I just image its hard drive?
