need NS500 SIP WAN connection setting

good day, I'm new here;
I'm an enduser not a professional.
I have NS500, I need to connect using Panasonic Mobile Phone (SIP Account) from WAN.
can you please explain in detail how to do that... including router ports that need to be forwarded (main unit IP or DSP card IP).
