Not quite Sure what your looking.
To use it you install the software on a Pc . You must have Dial up access to a site Via a FastRad Or you may direct connect on site thru the rad.
Sorry if that don't answer your question but I really don't understand what you are looking for.
If you find a tip helpful Please take a moment to mark it as such.
I have never used it before. Are there any Manuals that describe the features. The Norstar manager keeps asking me for my user id and password. I am not hooked up to a phone system just browsing to get familiar with it before I do something i should'nt do.
you cant browse untill you hook up to a system in either manager or remote tools. So the first thing you need is a system so you can figure out how to hook into it.
the user name can be anything and as far as the password the default is adminpassword I think . Its been awhile since I had to use it . you can then change the password to what ever you want in the system tab . B.rike is right though non of this does you any good if you have no systems to dial into . If you find a tip helpful Please take a moment to mark it as such.
the Norstar Manager is for the older software versions, DR5 R1T1 etc. for the 2.0 and newer use the Remote tool set, Backup and restore, and Brouser tool. These don't require a password to access the software but the software won't start until you are connected to a system via the Connection Properties screen that will start when you click on any of these icons. The Remote tool set is just a software version, sans audio, of a M7310 or M7324 telephone, you program thru it just like you had your hands on a telephone at the customer site. the Brouser tool is a kind of a tree style screen that allows you to look at each programming areaon the screen. A Note for you on the Brouser is that I have been told that some of the programming does not take ( I had a problem with ISDN SPID's) so I use the remote tool or a telephone for that area of programming.
There is also an excel workbook that comes with the system, it's not easy to use though. JerryReeve
