Does anyone have a flow chart or cheat sheet on the steps involved in programming a cics with Call Pilot 100...particularly the messages, menus, trees and ccr

All of the programming documentation is on the cds that came with the systems. They are all in PDF format. Look on the CICS cd for the installer's guide. Within that file, it will explain each section of the programming. Same goes for the call pilot.
