Need more than 5 vty connections

Hello all,
I am setting up a 3660 router as a terminal server and I have run into a roadblock. I need more than the 5 vty connections. Will an upgraded ios give me this or will I have to add additional hardware? Currently I am running ios version 12.1.14. Any help would be appreciated.

Just add the line:
line vty 5 9 to give you 5 more (use whatever numbers you need to).

It looks like you can configure up to 871 vty's on our 3640.

If you type in: line vty ? the system will respond with parameters you can use on your router.

I have exaclty the opposite problem...

The 2501 I inherited has 178 vty set and I0d like to
bring it back to the normal 5.

Do you know how to do it?
