Need more Log off Options

On a client's computer when she goes to shut down it now only gives her a Log off User option in the drop down. It used to have Shut sown, Restart, and so on. How can I get those options back.

This just started out of nowhere and it's on two PC that are new (only used about 2 months).

Start Menu or Task Manager?

Its when you click on Start and shut down it only has the option to log off user. This is an XP Pro that is joined to a domain.

The other options have been disabled with Group Policy by your system administrator.
You can check this:

Start, Run, gpedit.msc
User Configuration
Administrative Templates
Start menu and taskbar

There are two options of importance: one removes the logoff option, the other removes and disables the shutdown command.
