Need local support help

I am new here and not that technical so please pardon my ignorance up front

Can anyone provide a local support company for a Call Manager system in the western burbs of chicago?

I was using ATG and they are TERRIBLE!!

Any help would be appreciated...

We used to use Sentinal...let's just say they've gotten better over the years. I believe they're out in Downers Grove.
