need list of extensions with descriptions

I have LST and NCOS to print out a list of our TN's or extension numbers, but it doesnt have names, and there are quite a few TN's missing, including mine.

what I want is a list of all valid extensions (TNs) and the name associated with it.

is there another way to go about this?
here is what I tried:

You could capture a tnb and open it with the mv.xls file that you find on pepedog.com and it will give you a great spreadsheet that has everything on it.

I'd go the MV.xls route too, but as for your LD81 issue, try it like this:

CUST 0
DATE
PAGE
DES
FEAT NCOS
NCOS 0 7 <--- ad the two digits like that
