need last 4 digits of phone number

I am using crystal version 10.

The USA phone numbers are in the format:

(212)345-6789

and

The UK phone numbers are in the format:

44-212-345-6789

I need ONLY the last 4 numbers: example 6789 like in the above example

Please advise
