Mostly you see ip address followed by C0 or AC 0r A

ACA8 12A1 = 192.168.42.1

192 = C0
172 = AC
10 = A

I think your ipo is broken.
You could try to remove the ATM4 card from it and see what happens.

You also could try to remove the Compact Flash Card or the Embedded voicemail card if there is one in.

looks like its rebooting in a loop and cycling before the lan section initiates and spits out the ip address. And it looks like it tries to load the atm4 then cycles. Take tlpeters advice and remove the atm4 and try again.

Thx tipeter. removed atm4, boot up, got hex, convert to ip, and into system. a star for you
