Need instruction to change outgoing night service message.

We have new operating hours and the outgoing message for night service needs changed. I cannot find in the manual how this is accomplished. The person that did the original message is no longer employed with us. Does anyone know how to change the night service outgoing message ? I have all necessary passwords. Thank you

Is this a mailbox or menu? What voicemail system do you have?

Thanks I think I got it, I did a F983 PW thru control phone 221.

I really just need to change the hours, but it won't let me make changes to the tree... Thought I had it but I don't
