I need some help — I'm trying to recreate a line that's in a Photoshop image of a series of dots that are gradually spaced out more and more from the start of the line to the end of the line. There seems to be a definite mathematical progression to the spacing—the gap between dots is slightly larger than the previous gap. I figure there's probably a way to create such a line easily without having to resort to the dash-gap option. Any suggestions?

...can you post a web link to an uploaded screen shot of the end result required, it can be a bit easier to problem solve for you...

...a quick response to this is that creating random and evenly spaced objects is easier than progressively spaced border patterns or line patterns, so some other method will likely be required (such as a halftone pattern filter)...

...really is best to see a screen shot of what you need to help assist further though...
