Depends on the version of IIS you need. I just found the Prinma Administrator's Guide for Internet Information Server 4 on Amazon.com for $4.00. The original price was $40.00. If you need iis 5 or 6 documentation it's still expensive but sometimes still shows up with used dealers at Amazon.
